One Call to Expand Rideshare Service to Veteran Foundation
March 15, 2026

This is a special post for the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, where One Call, a provider of specialized healthcare solutions in workers’ comp, has partnered with Invest in America’s Veterans Foundation to help veterans in need of transportation services.

One Call announced the successful implementation of their ride-sharing service, RelayRIDESM with Invest in America’s Veterans Foundation (IAVF), a Florida-based non-profit that helps homeless veterans and their families nationwide obtain affordable housing, transportation and other supporting services.

The service uses proprietary technology that automatically assigns sedan transportation referrals through the ridesharing platform Lyft. Veterans will be able to request free and independent transportation to and from medical appointments, employment and educational opportunities, and other necessary trips. This service was originally developed for the workers’ comp industry to help injured workers get to and from their medical appointments. The partnership with IAVF opens up opportunities to offer RelayRIDE SM  to other veteran organizations and more.

“One Call’s commitment will improve the quality of life for our veterans who are seeking independence and normalcy,” said Ralph Santillo, co-founder of IAVF and army veteran. “We’re honored they’ve provided this vital transportation to help men and women who have served their country get back on their feet.”

“We’re primed to take this technology to other sectors,” said Joe McCullough, senior vice president of product management for One Call. “From veterans to the elderly, we have many examples of how RelayRIDESM is helping people regain health, independence, employment, and best of all, a quality life.”
