OSHA Cites NJ Fencing Company After Repeated Violations
March 14, 2026

The United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited Aruvil International Inc. again after an inspection turned up multiple workplace violations, including four willful safety citations, at their Pennsauken, NJ facility.

OSHA inspectors were at the site in April 2019, following up after a previous inspection. They cited the company for willfully violating federal standards related to lockout/tag out procedures to prevent machines from starting up, machine guards and proper lighting in warehouses. The company was also cited for an obstructed loading dock, using stacked pallets as stairs and blocked electrical disconnects for forklift truck chargers. They are facing penalties totaling $370,298.

“OSHA has inspection Aruvil International Inc. three times since 2015, and repeated violators cannot be tolerated,” said Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health Loren Sweatt. “Employers who do not comply with the law will continue to see full and fair enforcement.”
